This is the coolest site! Mystic Healing Portal It's a really beautiful picture (and music) with thoughts on centering yourself and receiving and sending healing energy. Be sure to read the stuff below the photo - you'll probably have to scroll down. I found it on Denise Linn's site about Soul Coaching - this fascinating book that I just started reading and will be sharing about when I get a chance. But this Mystic Healing Portal was too cool to keep to myself! It is a great place to bookmark and go to when overwhelmed.
