Spiritual Health
A good gauge of spiritual health is to write down the three things that you most want. If they differ in any way, you are in trouble. ~ RumiI love how these messages keep popping up in my daily life. If I'm scattered in the things I truly want, and am not even sure what they are, how will the Universe lead me to them?

Mine - hmmm, I better choose carefully!
1. To live to 100 in good health
2. To live according to my values
3. To share the love of friends, family, and community
And if I got all of those, then I'd add:
4. To make a positive difference in the world
5. To write a novel
6. To hold my grandchild's hand and walk him/her to school
7. To run a marathon
8. To celebrate my 70th wedding anniversary
9. To celebrate the finding of a cure for breast cancer
10. To travel widely
Funny, the screen below's word verification test is the word "tessest." My daughter is the Tessest. I love it!
I like your top 3. #2 is hard, isn't it? It's a work in progress for me.
It is the ultimate challenge - and the ultimate test. It's the question I'm asking myeslf 100 times a day now - "Is this according to my values?" I use it when shopping, when talking, when breathing, when reading, when pretty much anything. I like it except that a) it's exhausting and b) it makes me realize how very, very, very imperfect I am because my answers are not always what I want AND because sometimes my values are in conflict with one another and I don't see the right path.
Ah well - a learning journey.
